PCB Assembly Testing

Over 30 years ago, Surya Electronic’s got its start by testing PCBA. This PCB assembly testing gave us a sturdy base of knowledge. Experience in testing has also given us the foresight to see both faulty components and faulty manufacturing early in the PCBA process saving both time and money. This testing background has also made our design process more efficient and effective, recognizing defects prior to material sourcing, saving money.

Surya Electronics tests the PCBA boards after production. We can populate AOI automated optical inspection, run through our testing equipment to ensure components are placed properly on the board, soldered joints are good, orientation and polarity of the parts are correct. Testing is the only barometer to know if the board is correct. After AOI we test too, otherwise a board could be sent out that may or may not be functioning.

Manufacturing products at scale, prior to rigorous testing, can result in costly mistakes.
